Blair Strik
Acting CEO, CFO & Company Secretary

Blair Strik has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, professional services and treasury. Prior to joining the HPI Group, Blair held senior finance positions with the Industry Superannuation Property Trust for over nine years, building on experience from previous roles at Rio Tinto and KPMG.
Blair holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology and is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Sujith Abeysekera
Finance Manager

Sujith Abeysekera joined the HPI Group in 2021 as Finance Manager. Sujith was previously a Manager in KPMG Australia where he serviced a wide variety of listed and unlisted clients and also had the opportunity to work with large multinational technology companies during a secondment to KPMG Netherlands.
Sujith has a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is a Member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Sean Gayler
General Manager Property
Sean Gayler has been the National Property Manager for the HPI portfolio for more than 15 years. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the entire portfolio of hotel and retail tenancies.
With his extensive knowledge and operational leadership experience in the leisure and hospitality industry, Sean has managed all types of commercial properties. He has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts, acquisitions, developments and facilities management.
Sean holds a REIQ Real Estate Licence (20 March 2008).
